The UF Water Institute is pleased to announce that Dr. James Shortle, Distinguished Professor of Agricultural and Environmental Economics and Director Environment and Natural Resources Institute, Penn State University will be the next speaker in the Smallwood Distinguished Scholar Seminar Series.

Seminar Title: Reforming Nonpoint Pollution Policy: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (Abstract)
