One of our Department's member, Bernard Cardenas-Lailhacar, along with UF Chilean students and faculty members are organizing a fund-raising event to provide relief for the 2-million of Chile's earthquake victims. On Saturday April 10th they will hold a Chile Relief Fund-Raising Event. There will be silent auctions of Chilean wine and other items, all kinds of food, cheese, wine tasting, dance shows, live music, etc. Among others, Bernard's band will be playing original songs (one of them inspired in the earthquake) and some Latin classics.
