The only language I've seen that formally addresses this issue (but does NOT
address a schedule for services), is in 36CFR, Part 1234, Section 1234.10
(m) and it references a Federal requirement.

Generally, most IPM service providers will come in and inspect to determine
the types of pests they anticipate and the size/setting of the facility. 
They will then perform an initial treatment and establish a schedule for
subsequent regular treatments, many times dependent upon weather conditions
and other factors.  

These may include things such as:

- how frequently the facility is opened and left open to outside exposure 
- where new materials are coming in from 
- if they are inspected/treated on or prior to deposit
