The transition from 3.0 to 4.0 was rough for many of us who switched early on. But the software functions -- and the tech support behind it -- are still excellent. You and your staff should plan on some time to learn the changes in how the new version works. For us, the appointment process required some software changes that took some time for us to get into place, plus we had some local issues with how our campus updates browsers. So be prepared to be very satisfied once everything is up and running, but also be prepared to spend some time in order to make that happen.
