We do not have a tutoring center either, but we are really hoping to get some shared tutoring space in the reconstruction of our existing building. We use a large study lounge in one of the classroom buildings at night, as well as a bunch of classrooms, for group tutoring in the evenings. Otherwise, I tell tutors to tutor in public places on campus (library study rooms, cafeteria, study lounges, empty classrooms). I have tutors turn in attendance sheets along with their timesheets and to identify the location of their tutoring.

Subject: Re: Tutoring Center Space?

We have tutoring space but not nearly enough. Currently, we are
working with scheduling office to try and use empty classrooms in the
evening.
