Goals and Objectives:

1. Identify the role of the toxicology laboratory in the detection of alcohol and drugs in impaired drivers.

2. Define the role of the toxicologist in the litigation of DUI and DUI drug cases.

3. Describe recent laboratory findings and trends in impaired drivers.
