The goal of the 3rd International Conference on Emerging Ubiquitous Systems and Pervasive Networks (EUSPN-2011) is to bring together researchers and scientists with interests in ubiquitous and pervasive systems and related issues to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and experiences. PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

Submitted technical papers must be no longer than 6 pages for full papers and 4 pages for short papers including all figures and references, and must be formatted according to the conference guidelines that can be found at: http://www.iasks.org/conferences/EUSPN2011.
