Has the betweenness measure that R. Gould used in his 1989 article, "Power and Social Structure in Community Elites," been implemented in any program (e.g., UCINET, Pajek, OrA, igraph, sna, etc.)? It is somewhat analogous to the brokerage measures that he and Fernandez developed in that it requires a group partition in order for it to be calculated. Moreover, it only considers path lengths of 2 or less in calculating the score.
