PROGRAM COORDINATOR
	
Qualifications
	
A Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience or a high school education and relevant education and/or experience equal to six years. 
Supervisory experience to include experience establishing and managing work schedules for employees.  Experience prioritizing, organizing and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously.  Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodology.  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.  Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities
	
Responsible for coordinating administrative, supervisory, and operational activities for ACE Learning Studio during evening hours and when Program Director is not present.  Establishes tutor and ACE workshop schedules.  Assists with hiring, performance evaluations and tutor resource development.  Assists in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and staffing.  Assists in the marketing and data reporting activities for ACE Learning Studio.  Maintains oversight of technology and equipment in the ACE Learning Studio.
	
Pay Plan
	
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
