But all the SNA software that I have seen assumes a single value will apply to a given relationship, regardless of the actor perspective

Is there any software, or solution with existing software, where you can represent dual perspectives on the same relationship? For example, I can envisage an link line wide at one end but narrow at the other, representing differences in the perceived importance of the link
