The North Florida Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is
currently looking for a UF representative for their Second Annual "UF vs.
FSU” Walk to Cure Diabetes Challenge. The “UF vs. FSU” Walk to Cure
Diabetes Challenge is an event where both universities compete in raising
money for diabetes research and having the most registered walk
participants.
The responsibilities for the UF representative include:
• Encouraging students, faculty, staff, student organizations, etc.
to register for the walk
• Developing creative fundraisers to support diabetes research
The role and experience this position provides would be a great addition to
any students’ resume. As a HOSA member, you are getting an early
opportunity to apply for this internship. The UF Diabetes Center of
Excellence will make a university-wide announcement for this internship
