We had two people attend this conference last year (a VP and a dean). They were extremely pleased with the conference and what they learned about developing a comprehensive retention plan. So much so in fact, that we had them do a one-day work session on site with continued consulting with our Graduation and Retention Council. (We are a 25,000 student, multi-campus, two-year academic transfer institution within the University System of Georgia.)
