The R package 'sna' brokerage routine is showing some actors as having representative brokerage positions (A->A->B) when they have not named a tie to anyone in the other group (B). When I use the UCINET brokerage routine those actors are shown as not having representative broker positions.
Has anyone else observed this discrepancy? Thanks. -ken
