Our NG will go overseas as fast as they can build these facilities. My further Interpretation: Americans will be forced to continue to buy gasoline/ diesel imported from Saudi Arabia. It seems that PRI is NOT INTERESTED in using NG for motor fuel, or building infrastructure to make it so available.
