At our Spring 2011 Board Meeting the ICRM Board of Regents created and
approved the Alan Andolsen Mentor Award; it was announced at our Fall
Business Meeting.

Alan Andolsen was a mentor to many CRM Candidates and encouraged the growth
of the ICRM in many ways. Mr. Andolsen was Vice President of the ICRM
Board 2004-2007 and ICRM Board President 2008-2009. I found it also ironic
and fitting that Alan was born in Mentor, Ohio.
