The University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor with a research emphasis in social networks. Field of expertise is open within the social
sciences. Candidates should have demonstrated potential for excellence in research and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level. Preference will be given to candidates whose program of scholarship has a well-developed emphasis on social networks and
who demonstrate potential for obtaining extramural funding. PhD required by the August 2013 start date for this position. The participating departments seek specialists who would complement department areas of strength while contributing to interdisciplinary
social network research.
