Sorry about that. 

As 4 birders so far have pointed out, the "odd-looking Says Phoebe" I saw at Bald Point was most likely an immature Vermilion flycatcher. 

I was misled by the tail dipping (common to both Vermilions and the phoebes) and the apparent comparable sizeĀ  to the two Eastern P hoebes.
