Ft. Clinch State Park: The migratory wave of N. Parula has reached Amelia
Island with scores in the tree canopy in the park. Some singing, some
calling and all gorging on small caterpillars. Also passing through in nos.
are BG Gnatcatchers. A lone RB Nuthatch was briefly sighted on the trunk of
a cedar at the trail head to Willow Pond. Yellow-throated, Myrtle and B&W
Warbler also recorded this morning. A late YB Sapsucker was noted and a
displaying Coop Hawk was aloft over the canopy.
