   Well made it around to the tower pond (almost) when it started raining,  still saw about 10 black-neck stilts with numerous shorebirds, maybe sandpipers, 2 grey catbirds, great crested flycatcher and walked through an area of many different bird songs, had to turn back. 
  Overcast with a slight wind before the rain at 1100am.

 red tail hawk
 10 black-necked stilts
 7 sandpipers maybe
 2 grey cat birds
 20 barn swallows
 15 coots
 2 anhingas male and female
 30 red wing black birds
 10 boat tail grackles
 1 fish crow
 maybe a bufflehead male in the bay
 5 cormorants
 7 brown pelicans
 9 mocking birds
 1 Great Egret
 1 tri color heron
 1 snowy egret
 3 soras
 1 brown thrasher
