All three positions are for 12+12 months (the contract can be renewed after the first year by mutual agreement). The main goal of the IMPACT research program is to develop methodologies and algorithms to store, efficiently retrieve and analyze information from offline and online social networks and to identify relevant structural and communication patterns. Requirements: - PhD in Computer Science or related fields (Physics, Mathematics, Statistics). The PhD is necessary at starting time, not for the application. - Experience in (social) network science and/or database systems and/or information retrieval and/or data mining. - A good command of oral and written English (knowledge of Italian is not required).
