If so, can you explain "Problematic are so-called experts being highly dismissive of network laws, science, experts, practice and advice." I've noticed the opposite - high receptivity to networks across most academic disciplines. or are you referring to experts in the corporate sector? Even there, though, I've found growing network literacy.
