Hello BESTers,

This week the National Restaurant Association (NRA) released its first 
ever sustainability report, with food waste being a key focus of the 
report.  The NRA has joined with the Grocery Manufacturer's Association 
and Food Marketing Institute to tackle this problem.  Restaurants are a 
major source of food waste, and with the NRA recognizing that this is a 
major concern for restaurants achieving sustainability, they will 
hopefully be making concerted efforts for reducing food waste and 
increasing food waste recycling.
