I finally got over to see the Townsend's Solitaire this morning, and into the 
afternoon. It was perching early fairly frequently. Then a Cooper's Hawk, 
Peregrine Falcon, Northern Harrier, ect... kept it from perching as much. 
Also very windy. It worked the west, and the east sides of the parking lot. 
A lot of happy birders there today.
