We are currently recruiting for a temporary/contract to hire Records Clerk position in Houston, TX. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a records management support position. As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing, scanning, filing and archiving various types of documents. You will also be responsible for verifying and accurately inputting data into the computer database system.

The Records Clerk job responsibilities include:
* Receive, prepare and organize paper files for scanning
* Scan and organize documents into their appropriate electronic file
* Accurately verify and input data into the system in a timely manner

* A minimum of one year of experience in a records management role
* Strong organizational skills with advanced attention to detail
* Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines
* Must be a team player
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
