Reminder - Call for Abstracts

First European Social Networks Conference
Barcelona, July 1-4, 2014

Dear colleagues,

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for abstract submissions for the First European Social Networks Conference (EUSN) is approaching (April 1). The conference will be held from 1 to 4 July 2014 in Barcelona, Spain. It will host around 30 organized sessions representing many areas of social network research. In addition, 16 workshops are offered into the theory, analysis and visualization of social networks, including introductory courses and training on software platforms. Professor Ulrik Brandes will provide the keynote address "The Positional Turn in Social Network Analysis". Two awards, one for outstanding visualization and one for best paper of an early career scholar will be announced at the conference.


Until the 1st of April, you can submit your abstracts for a paper presentation or a poster in all fields of social network analysis. Please check the submission guidelines, the call for nominations for the awards, and further details at www.eusn.org. Please also note that the website for registration to the conference is now open. We kindly remind that authors who submit an abstract need to be registered in the conference before the 15th of APRIL 2014. Abstracts of which the presenting author is not registered before the 15th of APRIL will not be accepted (non-accepted proposals will be refunded).
