Seems like Gephi can import Netdraw data: https://gephi.org/users/supported-graph-formats/netdraw-vna-format/ And Gephi can export visualizations as high-res PNGs or PDFs (the latter you can just throw into a Word Doc for publication).

Painful, but you get as high a resolution as you need (caveat that was a few years ago, and haven't used netdraw since...)

I can only imagine I was doing something that convolute if other solution I'd tried had produced worse results..

Dear all,
does anybody know how to get 300 dpi resolution images in netdraw??
Some journals require high quality images for publication..
