Good Afternoon,

Our company maintains a couple of shredders.  When the shredders become
full, an employee will empty the shredder into a recycling bin.  Our
compliance manager would like to end this practice.

We do utilize the services of a shredding company.  However, they only
provide locked shred bins.  The departments that are utilizing the
shredders (Executive Department and Corporate Finance) want to continue to
shred versus disposing of their documents in a locked shred bin.

Do shredding companies provide shredders and do they empty the shredders.
Or, is there a better practice.  If so, I would love to hear from you.
