We look forward to seeing you at the annual Graduate Coordinators and Graduate Staff Orientation and Workshop on Monday, September 15, 2014, 8:30am to 4:30pm in the Grand Ballroom at the Reitz Union.

The morning session (8:30am-12:30pm) is an ORIENTATION for those new to graduate education, or if you want a refresher on policies and procedures.

The afternoon session (1:30pm-4:30pm) is a WORKSHOP for new and returning coordinators and staff.

The morning and afternoon sessions are very different.

We strongly urge you to have a least one person from your program attend the afternoon Workshop session.

This invitation is being sent to the Graduate Coordinators listserv and the Graduate Staff listserv.

If your work in Graduate Education requires that you should be added or removed on either of the listservs, please have your supervisor follow the instructions in GIMS -> Department Data -> GIMS Access Request.

If you know someone else in your unit who is not on the Graduate Coordinators/Graduate Staff listserv, but who would benefit from attending the morning and/or afternoon session, please feel free to forward this registration email.
