Special Counsel Information Governance is recruiting for a Records Indexer job in San Francisco, CA! To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must be familiar with records practices. This role is primarily responsible for consolidating and indexing a large quantity of physical records.

Duties of the Records Indexer job:

*         Prepare boxes of records for transportation

*         Label categories of records

*         Insert index pages at beginning of sets of records according to terms previously defined


*         Experience indexing collections

*         Detail-oriented

*         Able to work well autonomously
