We use TutorTrac; I reviewed Accumedia a few years ago to see if we should switch products.

To keep it brief: TT is more flexible/powerful on a variety of levels. AM is a lot more user-friendly. For our purposes, AM was not up to the task; our needs are fairly complex, and TT has been able to meet (almost all of) them.

To Jane's question: we use TT to double-check student payroll entries, but do not integrate it directly with the university payroll system. I doubt that would be possible for us, but I guess it depends on your payroll system.

I am also looking at these two programs and wondering if anyone has successfully integrated them with tutor payroll.

I think there are some of you out there who have used both products. What did you find to be the major differences? Can you tell me which product you prefer and why? We are a single tutoring department with multiple locations across campus. We see approximately 20,000 tutoring visits each academic year.
