Northwest Missouri State University is currently seeking an Academic Success Coach for 
this coming academic year.  

This highly collaborative position is responsible for facilitating intensive and individualized 
data-based interventions and instructing university required courses which provide 
support and accountability for students. The Academic Success Coach will assess the 
needs of individual students and work with graduate assistants and undergraduate peer 
mentors to ensure students receive support appropriate to meet those needs.  Here is a
