Emma,

We are in the middle of this process ourselves, but I am happy to share some of our ideas and recently added methods with you. We've begun working with pre- and post-tests focused on specific skills, and implementing exit tickets with follow-up surveys for our workshops We are beginning to focus on learning outcomes in addition to our existing satisfaction surveys. Feel free to give me a call if you would like to discuss this in more detail.

Best wishes,

Subject: Academic Coaching and Advising Assessment

Hello Colleagues,

I am an Academic Coach at Clemson University and we are looking to expand our coaching and advising assessment methods. I would love some insight into how your institutions have been assessing the effectiveness of your coaching and advising appointments. Our office currently sends out a survey monkey questionnaire, but we would love to expand these methods.

Any and all insight is much appreciated!
Thank you!
