NKU:

Students with disabilities who require accommodations (academic adjustments, auxiliary aids or services) for this course must register with Disability Programs and Services. Please contact the Disability Programs and Services Office immediately in the Student Union, suite 320 or call 859-572-6373 for more information. Verification of your disability is required in DPS for you to receive reasonable academic accommodation. Visit their website at disability.nku.edu.

(Fun side note: since a recent office realignment, "DPS" means both Disability Programs & Services and Department of Public Safety (campus police). This caused me some confusion the first time I saw this new text for the disability policy!)

Subject: LD Statement for Faculty Syllabi

Hi everyone,

I am looking at redrafting/recrafting our statement that we like faculty to include on their syllabi for students with disabilities. Would you be willing to share what your institution currently uses?

My Best,

Laurie
