Our university is moving to a Program Prioritization process that starts this Fall.  We are expected to speak to all of our programs within the umbrella of learning support individually.  I'm stuck on answering questions regarding our reading specialist program aka A+ program.  Tutoring and SI have lots of assessment models between NADE Guidelines and CAS Standards.

For those of you who work with reading/learning specialist programs in your area I'd like to get some feedback on the following question:
How well does the program perform compared to national benchmarks?
