Hello Colleagues- I need to enlist your assistance in what instruments and/or software your institution uses to assess graduate student writing level skills prior to their starting courses. Any resources, vendors for assessing will be helpful. My institution currently does not have a Writing Center and my department is literally only been in existence for a year. I'm happily a NetTutor campus that we will be launching to our students in the fall and will be using the Paper Center. I'm looking for suggestions to assist students beyond a specific paper.
