Subject: Experiences with / Articles on close affiliation between learning support services and academic advising

Dear Colleagues,

Have any of you had any experience with academic advising existing under the same administrative house as learning support services and / or experiential learning offices (offices for career services, study abroad, civic engagement, and student research)? If so, would you be willing to discuss the opportunities, advantages, and challenges this arrangement has allowed you? If you have recommendations for articles that discuss such administrative offices and innovative working relationships between them, I would very much appreciate those as well.

Best,

Paul
