Hello,

We have been using Smarthinking for about three years and have been relatively happy with it, though it could be improved with a more intuitive/user-friendly platform. It is also one of the most expensive programs on the market, so we are currently exploring other programs. We are looking into Brainfuse, Net Tutor, and Upswing. All seem to be good options. I have attached the side-by-side comparison document which I have been putting together. Perhaps it will save some of you a little time and energy.

Thanks!

Subject: Online Tutoring Options

Colleagues:

If you had to choose one online tutoring program to purchase for your university (i.e. Smarthinking, Tutor.com, etc), what would it be? Or, if you are happy with your current online tutoring program, would you let me know what company you're using?

Thank you in advance for your recommendations. If you would rather reply to my directly, my email address is [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>>

Sincerely,

Stephanie Hopkins, Ed.S.
