Now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over, you might consider a
present for yourself, professional development in technology.   TIDE is a
4-day, hands-on workshop helping you learn how to integrate desktop
technology and mobile apps into your developmental work while networking
with other developmental educators from all over the country.

What can you expect at TIDE?

Bring a technology project you have been wanting to develop. Learn how to
incorporate mobile apps into this project where students can experience
mobile learning outside the walls of your classroom or center.  Receive
personal attention creating this project from developmental educators Dave
Caverly, Lucy MacDonald, Chris Woods, and Tina Swiniarski.  Network with
developmental educators like yourself making new colleagues.  Wind down over
meals and evening events all included in your registration.  Receive a
year-long support after you return to your campus as we help you finish
developing your project, reflect on its success, and network with the
mentors for improving the projects.

How do you register for the conference and the hotel?
Navigate to the TIDE Registration, Scholarship, and Lodging page to learn
about the various options for registering, the costs and benefits, whether
you are eligible for a scholarship or as a trainer-of-trainers, and how to
register for lodging.  Finally, navigate to the TIDE Registration page to
register and generate a receipt.

We try to limit TIDE to 30 participants to give you individual support. So,
register soon to hold your spot, and pay by December 20 to confirm your space.
