In partnership with the University of Florida Water Institute (WI), the
UF student chapter of the American Water Resources Association (AWRA) is a recipient of the
Let’s Talk About Water challenge grant by CUAHSI (the Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science). The UF student chapter of AWRA has planned coordinated events including the screening “The Last Call at the Oasis,” a documentary
about water supply over two days, and hosting a panel discussion during the
UF Water Institute Symposium. See below and attached for detailed information.

On behalf of the UF chapter of American Water Resources Association, I am delighted to share with you the final program of the Let’s Talk About Water event:
02/15 5:30 pm – Ustler Hall: main projection of the documentary “The Last Call at the Oasis” (TLCATO), followed by an art show and reception.
02/16 1:00 pm
- Frazier Rogers Hall: 2nd screening of the documentary.
02/16 3:30 – 5:00 pm – Reitz Union Auditorium: panel discussion.
02/16 5:30 – 7:30 pm: WI Symposium poster session and reception.
