Colleagues, we are recruiting for a Lead Coordinator for our Summer Bridge Program.  Please see brief description below:

Under the general direction of the OASIS Assistant Director, the incumbent is responsible for the overall administration and
management of the Summer Bridge Program (SB), a campus wide program designed to facilitate the academic and sociocultural
transition of UCSD freshmen. Directs office-wide efforts to serve priority student populations, including outreach, service delivery,
and student staff, to include, design, development, and implementation of program services. Advises the OASIS Assistant Director
on issues related to diversity and equity. Provides comprehensive outreach to enrolled freshmen; develops and monitors the budget
allocation to ensure adequate outreach and services.

Manages in-service professional staff training programs, provides administrative and instructional direction to OASIS Learning
Communities (OLCs), including the weekly OLC seminar. Develops and maintains a high level of collaboration with the six colleges,
academic departments, and other campus entities. Develops, allocates, and monitors program budget. Analyzes and manages data
and prepares quarterly and annual reports. Recruits, selects, trains, and directs professional and student staff; provides supervision
to the SB Assistant Coordinator and SB Program Assistant.
Conducts research/assessment on student outcomes. As a member of the OASIS Management Team, assists in the planning and
development of OASIS policies and programs. Acts in the place of the OASIS Director as assigned. Serves on Campus and UC
system-wide committees regarding academic progress and retention of students in transition.
