I've never thought about that and I really like the idea of providing tutors with a free credit hour.

I'm implementing that we could provide the tutor with a gift card to the bookstore, or provide them  with some sort of award for tutor of the quarter/semester.

Thanks for asking this question, its prompting me now to think bigger!

Could you please tell me what/how you incentivize your tutoring program?  For example, we pay our tutors hourly and they also receive a free credit hour for our Tutor Training course.

Do any of you provide things like scholarships?  Any other ideas?
