Dear colleagues,

We are seeking a Development Specialist of Training Programs to join our team at the Rutgers Learning Centers<https://rlc.rutgers.edu/>.

This is a very exciting time to join the Learning Centers' team. We are in the midst of tremendous growth and have been working on several new initiatives and collaborations for the past few years. One of these initiatives was the formalization and expansion of our Peer Leader Training Programs, which provide job training and professional development to academic peer leaders (tutors, study group leaders, learning assistants, etc.) working with the Learning Centers and our partnering programs. Our training programs are widely used by a variety of groups on campus. We are planning to continue the expansion of this program and to include online and hybrid components. Please review and share the announcement below and official job description (link included below).
