Dear Campus,

Monday, June 6th, is one of the largest proposal submission deadlines of the year. DSP staff will do everything they reasonably can to submit your application to meet the deadline.

However, we ask for your help by submitting proposals as soon as possible, starting today!

Submitting early allows proposals rejected with errors by Commons or any other electronic proposal system to be corrected and re-submitted to meet the deadline. Submitting late or at the last minute only increases the Principal Investigator's risk of missing the deadline.
For proposals submitted to DSP on Monday, DSP anticipates it will not be able to provide its customary review. DSP will submit the proposal and a post submission review will occur which may result in the withdrawal of the proposal or UF may not be able to accept an award if the proposal is unable to be revised to meet UF's standards.
