The 2016 Organizational Communication Mini-Conference (OCMC) will be held September 30 – October 2, 2016, at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. It is hosted by the Department of Communication Studies. This annual conference is an amazing opportunity for graduate students in Organizational Communication to showcase their work and receive feedback on it.

Conference registration will open at 9:00 am on Friday, September 30. The conference will conclude at 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 2. Additional details, including information on registration, abstract submission, conference location, and accomodation are available on the conference website: http://ocmc2016.soc.northwestern.edu/

Advanced graduate students interested in presenting their work should submit their abstract by September 1, 2016 via Easychair.

The submission should be approximately 250 words and formatted as a PDF file no larger than 20MB. Please give a sufficiently detailed description of your work and your methods so we can adequately assess its relevance. Each extended abstract will be reviewed by two Program Committee members. Note that abstracts longer than one page will be automatically rejected.

Priority will be given to graduate students who are currently on the job market. Accepted abstracts will be invited to be considered for a paper or poster presentation.
