Interested in increasing access and attendance for your services? This
webinar will show how to develop and implement online Supplemental
Instruction and online tutoring using web conferencing technology and online
resources. The presenter will discuss program organization, funding,
technology, training, and evaluation, featuring University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee's successful online academic support program.



Johanna Dvorak, PhD, is Director Emerita of Panther Academic Support
Services (PASS) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. PASS has become a
leader in online and blended support services for both online and on-campus
courses. This center won the 2014 Frank L. Christ/NCLCA Outstanding Learning
Center Award. Dr. Dvorak is a past president of the National College
Learning Center Association (NCLCA) and is a frequent presenter on online
tutoring at learning assistance conferences. She is a research fellow for
UWM's Center for the Study of Distance Education and Technological
Advancements (DETA Center).
