Hi Olaf!
Of course, all the known caveats of comparing logistic regression
across different studies apply for ERGMs, too.
- Allison, Paul. 1999. Comparing Logit and Probit Coefficients
Across Groups. Sociological Methods and Research 28(2):
186-208.

-
Hoetker, G.
(2007). The use of logit and probit models in strategic
management research: Critical issues. Strategic
Management Journal, 28(4), 331-343.
- Williams, Richard. 2009. Using Heterogeneous Choice Models
to Compare Logit and Probit Coefficients across Groups.
Sociological Methods & Research 37(4): 531-559.
Just to mention a few papers. I am not aware of a systematic
treatment of these issues for ERGMs, but would appreciate any
information!
Best regards, Christian
