Hello everyone!

The deadline to submit abstracts and register for Graduate Student Research Day has been extended to March 13th, 2017! Take advantage of this opportunity to practice your presentation skills and compete with your peers for top poster awards. 1st place prize of $500 and 2nd place prize of $200 will be awarded to posters from each category - STEM and non-STEM. Poster winners will also represent the University of Florida at the Florida Statewide Research Symposium! Therefore, all graduate students are encouraged to submit an abstract for a poster presentation for a chance to win. Only the first 200 presenters can compete in the poster competition, so please hurry up!

Submit your abstract by March 13th, 2017 (midnight) for a spot in the poster competition at http://ogap.graduateschool.ufl.edu. Faculty and postdocs are invited to attend and register as judges. You can register as an attendee if you do not wish to present a poster. A raffle will also be held in order to win cool prizes, too!
