VNA files can be read in Gephi 
(https://gephi.org/users/supported-graph-formats/netdraw-vna-format/). 
Gephi can produce a number of different more portable formats. Some 
fields may not convert, but the core data and coordinates, size, color 
and short label can all be converted.
