<div dir="ltr"><div><div style="font-size:12.8px">Hi all, </div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><br></div><span style="font-size:12.8px">Pulse Lab Jakarta of the United Nations Global Pulse (</span><a href="http://unglobalpulse.org/" target="_blank" style="font-size:12.8px">http://unglobalpulse.org/</a><span style="font-size:12.8px">), a special innovation initiative and an applied research lab of the UN Secretary-General on Big Data and Data Revolution, is looking for few interns in 2017, working on Big Data and Data Science for Global Development and Humanitarian Action.</span><div style="font-size:12.8px"> </div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><div>An intern will be invited to apply various data skills including data analytics, data mining and data visualization, to a variety of Big Data (e.g., social media, transportation data, financial data, and mobile data) in tackling different sustainable development issues, such as food and agriculture, public health, economic well-being, urban resilience, urban sensing, natural disaster and climate change. </div><div><br></div><div>The internship will be in Jakarta, Indonesia, specifically at the main district of the capital city, and a selected intern will be provided flights from/to the origin city as well as a minimum living allowance.
