*Political Ties Award (best published article) – Nominations deadline 
April 1, 2017*

The APSA organized section on Political Networks is seeking nominations 
for the Political Ties Award. This award is given annually to the best 
article published on the subject of political networks. Nominees must 
have been published — either on-line or in print — in a peer-reviewed 
journal between January 1st and December 31st of 2016. Nominations 
should be sent to the committee via e-mail by March 15, 2017. A winner 
will be selected and will receive the award at the APSA annual meeting 
in September, 2017. Self-nominations will be accepted. Send nominations to:

The Political Networks Section of the American Political Science 
Association calls for nominations for the Best Book on Political 
Networks.  To be eligible for the award, the book must have been 
published between April 1, 2015 and March 31, 2017.  To nominate a book 
for the award, please send a brief e-mail to the members of the award 
committee explaining why the book deserves consideration and a *copy of 
the book to each member of the committee*:
